Introduction

The EU Public Country-by-Country Report of HBIS Group is prepared in accordance with the Directive (EU) 2021/2101 of the European Parliament and the Council of 24 November 2021, which amended the Directive 2013/34/EU. The EU Public CbCR is a tax transparency initiative which aims to give stakeholders a clearer view of MNEs’ EU tax contributions and economic activities. This report incorporates the full HBIS Group data related to the financial year 1 January 2025 - 31 December 2025. In addition, it is also published and reported locally with the Italian registry of the Italian subsidiaries (Duferco Commerciale S.p.A., Ardemagni S.p.A., I.Metals S.p.A., Marcora S.p.A.) to meet the public Country-by-Country Reporting requirements set forth by Decree No. 128 dated 4 September 2024. The year-end date (30 September 2025) reflects a technical accomodation required by the Italian filing system's reporting period field, and does not indicate any change to the Group's financial year reporting period and the underlying financial data.
